The property is around 15km from Bourgas, on the road to Sredets close to the airport and Sunny Beach with all its attractions including the aqua park, bars, restaurants and nightlife. The location is very easy to get to Plovdiv, Kiten, Varna and Malko Turnovo and many other nice places to visit.

The small bungalow consists of an entrance hallway leading to three rooms including a kitchen with sink, fridge freezer and small oven, one room with a boiler and a bath, and another room with a log burning stove.

There are also two detached back rooms used as storage, and in front of the bungalow there is a paved patio area with a table, established grape vines, a concrete driveway and gate, plus a dog house, and some large animal sheds  to the right of the bungalow. There is approx 1200 sq.m land with around 30 fruit trees including pear, nectarine, apple, quince, hazelnut and walnut trees. The land is very good condition for growing. The fence is in good condition at the back.  On the left is a beautiful wooden fence that separates us from our neighbour. To the front of the property the fence is older, but there are no other houses for miles - just beautiful views to the hills. There are no neighbours to the right, just open land.

Electricity and running water and internet were all available. There is also a freshwater well nearby.

There is a short dirt track to the main asphalt road of the village. To the local school, shop and church it is a 10 minute walk. There are regular buses to Burgas which take around 20 minutes, or it is quicker by car.

This property has plenty of potential, and with the amount of land and the beautiful location - which is so close to Bourgas too - makes it worth it. realistically there is some work to be done but the price reflects this.

There have been plans signed off with an architect just incase someone wanted to further split the land and re build the original bungalow in its original footprint, plus there is the possibility to construct another property in place of where the animal sheds are standing now.
